Applied AI Builder · One person, your stack

I build custom AI tools for your business. Then I keep them running.

I build the tools, run the platform, and keep the lights on, so you get the leverage without learning the tech. You connect your accounts, you keep the off-switch. Not a SaaS. Not an agency. One person who does the work.

The idea

Not a SaaS. Not an agency. Not five tools you have to wire together yourself.

Think of me as a skilled tradesperson for AI. I build the tools your business actually needs, run them on your accounts, and keep them maintained, so you get the leverage without hiring a team or learning the stack.

How it works

Build it, run it, hand it over.

01 · Scope
We talk like operators.
You tell me the grind: the quoting, the DMs, the follow-ups, the books. I figure out what's worth building. No jargon, no discovery deck.
02 · Build & run
I build it and keep it running.
Custom tools and agents wired to your accounts. I host the platform, watch it, and maintain it. When something breaks, that's on me.
03 · You stay in control
Everything runs on your accounts.
Your OAuth grants, your data. Revoke access anytime from your own settings and it all stops. No lock-in.
Who it's for

Operators who'd rather pay one person than manage five tools.

Creators & influencers
50K – 500K followers

You've got the audience and no time. I build the AI leverage: content ops, inbox triage, repurposing, without you turning into a prompt engineer.

Small business owners
$500K – $10M revenue

No in-house tech hire, no time to become one. I'm the tech person you don't have: quoting, scheduling, follow-ups, the books, without the headcount.

What it costs

Straight answer.

Builds start around $4,500 for the initial setup. Then $500 – $2,500 a month to run and maintain, depending on how many workflows and integrations. If that's not the right shape for you, the call will tell us both fast.

You own it

Your accounts. Your data. Your off-switch.

Most AI services trap your data and rent you access. I do the opposite. The platform runs on your accounts, so the leverage is yours, and so is the ability to shut it off.

Your accounts, not mine
Everything runs on your Google, Meta, and X grants. Nothing on my accounts.
Revoke anytime
Kill the OAuth grant from your own settings and access stops instantly. No email chains, no support ticket.
Your data stays yours
Encrypted in transit and at rest. Not shared, not sold, not used to train anyone's model.
Where this came from

Started in a fence yard. Then friends asked.

I run Proper Deck & Fence. To get my nights back, I built my own AI ops stack: quoting, scheduling, follow-ups, the books. It worked. I stopped stitching together subscriptions and started building the real thing.

Then friends in different corners watched it work and asked me to point it at their business. A creator drowning in DMs. An operator running a growing company from his phone. Same playbook, different problem.

Now it's a service. Not a firm, not software. One operator building your tools and keeping them running, for a few clients at a time.

About this app

dkozai is a personal AI operations app. When you connect your Google account, dkozai reads your Gmail (to draft replies and summarize threads), your Google Calendar (to prep you for meetings), your Google Contacts (to identify who's writing to you), and Google Drive files you explicitly share. Every outbound action is drafted for your review. Nothing is sent without your approval. You can revoke access anytime from your Google account settings.
